Honoring the Heart of Healthcare: Nominations Open for Outstanding Nurses 2025 in the Eastern Region

Across hospitals, clinics, and communities, nurses embody the spirit of compassion, resilience, and excellence that defines the heart of healthcare. This year, the Philippine Nurses Association – Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia (PNA-ERSA) is once again calling for nominations for the Outstanding Nurses 2025 awards—a celebration of Filipino nurses who go above and beyond their call of duty.

This prestigious recognition honors those who embody professionalism, teamwork, empathy, and leadership in their everyday practice. Whether they are frontliners in patient care, educators shaping the next generation of nurses, or leaders driving innovation and safety, these honorees represent the very best of the nursing profession.

The Outstanding Nurses 2025 aims to spotlight nurses who have made a tangible impact on their workplaces and communities through dedication, excellence, and service. The call for nominations invites colleagues, supervisors, and institutions to share stories of nurses who consistently inspire others and raise the standards of care in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia.

Nominations are open until November 30, 2025, and can be submitted via pr@pna-ersa.org Each submission should highlight how the nominee demonstrates excellence in areas such as patient care, mentorship, research, community engagement, and professional development.

Awardees will be celebrated in a special recognition ceremony, where their achievements will be showcased as shining examples of Filipino nursing at its finest. Beyond the accolades, this event serves as an opportunity to inspire others to lead with heart, integrity, and purpose.

As the nursing community continues to adapt to the evolving challenges of healthcare, Outstanding Nurses 2025 reminds us that recognition fuels motivation—and that every nurse, in every role, contributes to the larger mission of care.

So, if you know a nurse who exemplifies compassion, competence, and courage, nominate them today. Let’s honor those who make a difference every day—our true champions in uniform.
