Excellence in compassion and leadership took the spotlight at the Nursing Homes Ireland Care Awards 2025, where a Filipino nurse leader -- Darvin Ambas, MS, RN  -- from Dublin was named the Overall Winner, a distinction that recognizes exceptional dedication to person-centered care and organizational excellence.
